| مستخلص البحث هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تدريبي لتحسين السلوك التوافقي للأطفال المعاقين عقليًا القابلين للتعليم، وتكونت عينة البحث من (12) طفلاً وطفلة، بواقع(6) ذكور، و(6) إناث، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (10- 13) سنوات، وبلغ متوسط أعمارهم (11,5) سنوات تقريباً، وانحراف معياري(0,239 ) سنة، وتراوحت معاملات ذكائهم فيما بين (55– 70) درجة علي مقياس بينيه للذكاء، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالي: مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الخامسة (نسخة: محمود أبو النيل، 2011)، ومقياس السلوك التوافقي(إعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج التدريبي (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تحسين السلوك التوافقي للأطفال المعاقين عقليًا القابلين للتعليم، حيث أشارت النتائج لوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي علي مقياس السلوك التوافقي لصالح القياس البعدي، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات وبحوث مستقبلية لاحقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأطفال المعاقين عقلياً القابلين للتعليم- السلوك التوافقي Abstract The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program to improve the compliant behavior of mentally disabled children who are teachable. The research sample consisted of (12) male and female children, (6) males and (6) females. Their ages ranged between (10-13) years, and their average age was approximately (11.5) years. A standard deviation of (0.239) years, and their intelligence coefficients ranged between (55-70) degrees on the Binet Intelligence Scale. The researcher used the following tools: the Stanford Binet Scale, Fifth Image (version: Mahmoud Abu El-Nil, 2011), the Harmonic Behavior Scale (prepared by the researcher), and the training program (prepared by the researcher). The results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of the training program in improving the harmonious behavior of mentally disabled children who are teachable. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group members’ scores in the pre- and post-measurements on the harmonious behavior scale in favor of the post-measurement.
