| هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل محتوى الصفحات الرسمية الأردنية على موقع "فيسبوك"، وتحديدًا صفحتي "إدارة حماية الأسرة والأحداث" و"اللجنة الوطنية الأردنية لشؤون المرأة"، للكشف عن طبيعة الخطاب الإعلامي الرقمي المتعلق بالقضايا الأسرية، ومدى مساهمته في تعزيز الروابط الأسرية في المجتمع الأردني. وتم توظيف نظرية الغرس الثقافي، واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من المنشورات الصادرة عن الصفحتين خلال فترة زمنية محددة وهي شهر مارس 2025، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تفضيلًا واضحًا لاستخدام النصوص المصحوبة بالصور كأداة رئيسية لإيصال الرسائل، مع ضعف ملحوظ في توظيف الفيديوهات وألبومات الصور. كما تبين اعتماد كبير على اللغة العربية الفصحى، والعناوين المباشرة، إلى جانب حضور قوي للاستمالات العاطفية والقيم الإيجابية في المحتوى. واختلفت القضايا الأسرية المطروحة بين الجهتين، إذ ركزت إدارة حماية الأسرة على الجوانب الوقائية والتدخل السريع، بينما اتجهت اللجنة الوطنية نحو الطرح التنموي والتمكيني للمرأة. وتشير هذه النتائج إلى وجود خطاب إعلامي رقمي يعكس توازنًا بين الجدية الرسمية والتفاعل المجتمعي، لكنه ما زال بحاجة لتطوير في توظيف الوسائط الحديثة وتعزيز التفاعل الرقمي المؤثر مع الجمهور. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the content of official Jordanian Facebook pages—specifically, the pages of the Family and Juvenile Protection Department and the Jordanian National Commission for Women—to uncover the nature of digital media discourse related to family issues and its role in strengthening family bonds within Jordanian society. The study employed the Cultivation Theory and was based on a sample consisting of posts published by the two pages during the month of March 2025. The results revealed a clear preference for using text accompanied by images as a primary tool for message delivery, alongside a noticeable weakness in utilizing videos and photo albums. The content heavily relied on Modern Standard Arabic, with a dominant use of direct headlines, as well as a strong presence of emotional appeals and positive values. The family issues addressed differed between the two pages: the Family and Juvenile Protection Department focused on preventive measures and rapid intervention, while the Jordanian National Commission for Women adopted a more developmental and empowering approach for women. These findings suggest the existence of a digital media discourse that reflects a balance between official formality and societal engagement, yet still requires enhancement in the use of modern media tools and strategies to boost impactful digital interaction with the public. | ||
