| Abstract | ||
| Extracted The criminal policy for food safety crimes is based in its essence on the complete and complete non-compliance with the laws and regulations that determine the binding technical standards and ratios, and food safety crimes and the environment are considered dangerous crimes in which the victims are not required to be exposed to material damage, and food sustainability, reducing food waste rates, and preserving economic resources and the environment can only be achieved through the enactment of criminal penalties to deter food safety crimes to ensure an effective control system, as well as the highest decisions of the National Authority for Safety Food and everything related to food in terms of food safety to ensure that food is not wasted and thus preserved the environment. Therefore, the research aims to compare the criminal policy contained in the Egyptian national legislation with the various foreign legislations without being bound by a specific legal system, where the comparison aims to enrich the national legislation with modern and more effective legal rules within the framework of a balanced and effective criminal policy, as the Egyptian food safety legislation is relatively recent and needs a lot of development in its criminal policy to keep pace with the rapid scientific development in the field of food. | ||
