| Abstract | ||
| الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التربية الموسيقية في رياض الأطفال بسلطنة عُمان، ودورها في تنمية قيم المواطنة وتعزيز الاستمتاع بالتعلم لدى الأطفال، وإلى تحديد أبرز التحديات التي تواجه توظيفها، وذلك من وجهة نظر التربويين. المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة مكونة من (63) تربويًا من أخصائي المناهج، ومديري المدارس، ومشرفي رياض الأطفال. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن واقع التربية الموسيقية جاء بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (3.90) وانحراف معياري (0.740)، كما أظهرت أن مساهمة التربية الموسيقية في تنمية قيم المواطنة كانت بدرجة "كبيرة" أيضًا بمتوسط (3.97) وانحراف معياري (0.729). أما دور التربية الموسيقية في تعزيز الاستمتاع بالتعلم جاء بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط (3.99) وانحراف معياري (0.626)، مما يعكس فاعلية الموسيقى في تحسين التفاعل الاجتماعي والحالة النفسية وتنمية الإبداع لدى الأطفال. وفيما يتعلق بالتحديات، فقد تمثلت أبرزها في نقص التدريب المتخصص، وضعف الدعم الإداري، ومحدودية الوقت، وصعوبة دمج الموسيقى في المناهج، وجاءت جميعها بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط عام (3.99) وانحراف معياري (0.552). الخاتمة: أكدت الدراسة بضرورة توفير أدوات موسيقية مناسبة، وتدريب الكوادر التربوية، وتطوير المناهج لدمج الموسيقى بشكل فعّال، وتعزيز الدعم المؤسسي لتفعيل التربية الموسيقية في تنمية القيم الوطنية لدى الأطفال. بما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف رؤية عُمان 2040 في بناء جيل واعٍ بهويته، ومحب لوطنه. Objectives: study investigates the current state of music education in kindergartens across the Sultanate of Oman, focusing on its role in cultivating citizenship values and enhancing children's enjoyment of learning. It also aims to identify key challenges hindering its effective implementation from the perspective of educators. Methodology: Using a descriptive analytical methodology, the researchers surveyed 63 educational professionals, including curriculum specialists, school principals, and kindergarten supervisors. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire designed to assess perceptions of music education's impact and the obstacles it faces. Results: The results indicated a strong presence of music education in kindergartens, with a high overall rating (mean = 3.90). Its contribution to fostering citizenship values was similarly rated high (mean = 3.97), as was its role in increasing children's enjoyment of learning (mean = 3.99). These findings highlight music’s positive influence on children's social interaction, emotional well-being, and creative development. However, the study also identified significant challenges. The most pressing issues included a lack of specialized training for educators, insufficient administrative support, limited instructional time, and difficulties integrating music into existing curricula. These challenges were consistently rated as substantial (mean = 3.99). Conclusion: In conclusion, the study recommends providing suitable musical instruments, enhancing teacher training, revising curricula to incorporate music more effectively, and reinforcing institutional support. These measures are essential for leveraging music education to instill national values in children, aligning with the broader goals of Oman Vision 2040 to nurture a generation proud of its identity and committed to its homeland. | ||
