| Abstract | ||
| يتناول هذا البحث واحدة من القضايا التى عاشتها المرأة فى المغرب في العصر الإسلامى ، حيث وجدت المرأة المغربية فى " الهروب " نوع من التمرد على الانساق الاجتماعية والثقافية للمجتمع المغربى فى هذا العصر من جهة ، وفرصة لتدشين سياق أسرى / اجتماعى جديد خاص بها من جهة أخرى ، ولاشك أن عادت وتقاليد المجتمع المتوارثة والجامدة جعلت من " فكرة الهروب " ظاهرة متجددة ، تنتهز لحظات ضعف الدولة ومؤسساتها للانتشار والتوسع من وقت لآخر ، بالشكل الذى جعل "الهروب " ذاته متنوعاً بين الهروب من الأبوين والهروب من الزوج ثم الهروب من الوطن ككل ،. Abstract: This research deals with one of the issues that women lived through in the Islamic era, where Maghreb’s women found in "Elopement " a kind of rebellion against the social and cultural systems of Maghreb’s society in this era on the one hand, and an opportunity to inaugurate a new family / social context of their own on the other hand, and there is no doubt the inherited and rigid traditions of society have made the "idea of elopement" a renewed phenomenon, taking advantage of moments of weakness of the state and its institutions to spread and expand from time to time, in a way that made "elopement" itself varied between escaping from parents, escaping from the husband, and escaping from the homeland as a whole, which is called on clerics among the jurists and the Muftis to work in order to overcome it. | ||
