| Abstract | ||
| لأهمية السنة النبوية وعظيم شأنها ولأنها المصدر الثاني للتشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم ، اعتنى العلماء سلفا وخلفا بها قيض الله علماء أفذاذ لتدوين السنة النبوية ودفع الكذب عنها، قاموا بفحص الأسانيد وتمحيصها للوصول إلى الصحيح من حديث رسول الله " صلى الله عليه وسلم" ومن هؤلاء العلماء الإمام مسلم بن الحجاج صاحب الصحيح، وقد شرط الإمام مسلم على نفسه ألا يخرج في كتابه إلا الحديث الصحيح الثابت عن رسول الله " صلى الله عليه وسلم" ويعد صحيح مسلم أصح كتب السنة بعد صحيح البخاري، وحيث إن كلا من الصحيحين لم يستوعبا كل الأحاديث الصحيحة، حيث توجد أحاديث صحيحة في كتب أخرى مثل السنن الأربعة وموطأ مالك ومسند أحمد بن حنبل ومستدرك الحاكم وغيرهما . وقد نص العلماء على ترجيح صحيح البخاري على صحيح مسلم لأن صحيح البخاري أشد اتصالاً واتقن رجالاً، أما ترجيح بعض المغاربة صحيح مسلم على صحيح البخاري وذلك لسهولة ويسر البحث في صحيح مسلم حيث إن الإمام مسلم ذكر الحديث بأسانيده المتعددة وألفاظه المختلفة في مكان واحد عكس الإمام البخاري، فإنه يقطع الأحاديث ويفرقها على الأبواب مما جعل صعوبة الحصول على الحديث بكل طرقه وألفاظه المختلفة. Abstract: Because of the importance of the Sunnah of the Prophet and because it is the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran, Allah has provided exceptional scholars to document the Sunnah of the Prophet and refute falsehoods about it. They examined and scrutinized the chains of transmission to arrive at the authentic hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Among these scholars is Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj, the author of Sahih Muslim. Imam Muslim stipulated that he would only include in his book authentic hadiths that were proven to be authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Sahih Muslim is considered the most authentic book of Sunnah after Sahih al-Bukhari. However, neither of the two Sahihs contains all the authentic hadiths, as there are authentic hadiths in other books such as the Four Sunans, Muwatta’ Malik, Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Mustadrak al-Hakim, and others. I compared the two Sahihs and it became clear that Sahih al-Bukhari is preferred over Sahih Muslim because Sahih al-Bukhari is more closely connected and has more reliable narrators. As for some Moroccans preferring Sahih Muslim over Sahih al-Bukhari, this is due to the ease and simplicity of searching in Sahih Muslim, as Imam Muslim mentioned the hadith with its multiple chains of narration and different wordings in one place, unlike Imam al-Bukhari, who would break up the hadiths and separate them into chapters, which made it difficult to obtain the hadith with all its chains of narration and different wordings.
