| Abstract | ||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مسألة العزاء في ضوء السنة النبوية، وما ارتبط بها من سنن وآداب، وما شاع بين الناس من مخالفات وتجاوزات، خصوصًا في ظل المستجدات التي مرّت بها الأمة من أوبئة وحروب متلاحقة. وقد جاء البحث وفق منهج جمع الأحاديث وتصحيحها وتضعيفها ودراسة أقوال العلماء فيها، مع تقسيمه إلى ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة: · تناول المبحث الأول الجانب المفاهيمي من حيث تعريف العزاء، وحكمه، وحكم الاجتماع له، وأهم المسائل المتفرعة عنه. · وتناول المبحث الثاني الأحاديث الواردة في باب العزاء، فبدأ بالأحاديث الصحيحة، ثم الأحاديث خارج الصحيحين، ثم الأحاديث الضعيفة والموضوعة مع بيان درجتها وأثرها الفقهي. · أمّا المبحث الثالث فقد خصّص لدراسة المخالفات الشرعية في العزاء، كالمبالغة في النياحة، وإقامة المآتم، واتخاذ التعزية مظاهر اجتماعية أو بدعية. وقد توصّل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الأحاديث الصحيحة تثبت مشروعية التعزية بوصفها من حقوق المسلم على أخيه، وأنها عبادة مشروطة بالاقتصاد والاعتدال، كما أن كثيرًا من الممارسات الدارجة في المجتمعات لا أصل لها أو مبنية على روايات ضعيفة. ويوصي البحث بضرورة العودة إلى النصوص الصحيحة، ونشر السنن الواردة في التعزية، والتوعية بخطورة ما أحدثه الناس من بدع ومخالفات في هذا الباب. Abstract: This research aims to examine the Islamic rulings and prophetic guidance regarding condolences (taʿziyah), addressing the authentic practices, commendable etiquettes, and widespread violations. The study was motivated by contemporary realities marked by pandemics and ongoing wars, which brought the issue of condolence rituals back to the forefront. The research follows a hadith-based methodology, collecting, authenticating, and evaluating relevant narrations, as well as surveying the opinions of classical scholars. It is structured into three main chapters: · The first chapter provides a conceptual framework, defining taʿziyah, its legal ruling, the ruling on gatherings for condolences, and related issues. · The second chapter studies the hadith corpus on taʿziyah, beginning with authentic reports, followed by narrations outside al-Bukhari and Muslim, and then addressing weak and fabricated reports along with their juristic impact. · The third chapter discusses unlawful practices in taʿziyah, such as excessive wailing, hosting large mourning ceremonies, and introducing innovative social customs. The study concludes that authentic hadiths establish taʿziyah as a recommended act, counted among the rights of Muslims over one another, provided it is practiced with moderation. Many prevalent customs, however, lack a sound basis or are rooted in weak traditions. The research recommends adherence to authentic Prophetic guidance, promotion of Sunnah practices, and raising awareness against innovations and violations in condolence rituals.
