| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to present a proposed model that contributes to improving the quality of services provided to tourists with disabilities within tourism establishments in Sharm El-Sheikh, considering service quality a key factor in enhancing competitiveness and achieving inclusive tourism for all. The researcher adopted the descriptive methodology by reviewing the theoretical aspects of the fundamental concepts related to the study topic and drawing on a wide range of relevant Arabic and foreign books, references, and studies. Based on this framework, a proposed model was developed focusing on several main pillars, most notably promoting a culture of quality and considering it a collective responsibility at all institutional levels, strengthening top management commitment, and training employees and developing their skills in line with the needs of tourists with different types of disabilities, in addition to upgrading facilities and services to be fully accessible for them. The model also includes mechanisms for continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure sustainable improvement and enhance the competitiveness of tourism establishments. Overall, the model aims to enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists with disabilities and increase market share, as well as support the status of Sharm El-Sheikh as an inclusive tourist destination, while emphasizing the need to address the responsible authorities to adopt and implement this proposal on the ground. | ||
