Abstract | ||||
Al Farma city is considered one of the important archeological sites at the west north of Sinai. It is located in the administrative boundaries of north Sinai and port said, east of port Fouad. The main monuments in Al Farma,beside being one of the paths of the holy family, are: The Blessed Virgin Mary monastery, Basilica church, Saints cemeteries, baptism, Roman bathroom and others. The study aims at confronting the challenges and drawbacks that hinder the tourism development in El-Farma city. The Methodology included Distribution of questionnaire forms to tourism activity officials like the tourism experts responsible for the area. The study highlights the necessity of working on qualifying and improving the ancient, tourism and environmental sites in North Sinai especially in El-Farma city by providing it with all the necessary requirements which guarantee convenience and safety to its visitors, especially that EL-Farma city is included in the paths of the Holy Family. | ||||
