| Abstract | ||||
| This paper concerns the resulting effects of "The all-inclusive system" adopted nowadays at some 5-star hotels in Sharm Elsheikh. The collected data showed adverse effects of this system on the quality of services, categories of customers, financial performance and economy of local community. Relevant recommendations are given to modify this system to overcome its drawbacks. | ||||
