| Abstract | ||||
| تناولت هذه الدراسة تحليل مدي وضوح المفهوم العلمي للتخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد البشرية وأهمية نشاط الأستقطاب بإدارة الموارد البشرية وتفاعل وتکامل نشاط الاستقطاب مع أنشطة وممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية، ايضا تحديد مدي فاعلية هذا النشاط (الاستقطاب) وأدائه في ظل التخطيط الاستراتيجي بإدارة الموارد البشرية، لدي مديري ادارة الموارد البشرية والعاملين بتلک الإدارة بکيانات المديريات الحکومية بمحافظة شمال سيناء ومقر تلک المديريات يقع بمدينة العريش، وذلک من أجل تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية لتلک المحافظة Abstract: This study is to deal with scope of analysis of the scientific concept of the strategic planning of human resources and the importance of the attracting activity that related to the human resources management and the interaction and the integration of the attracting activity with activities and practices of the human resources management, also determining the effectiveness of the attracting activity that related to the human resources management and its performance in the light of the strategic planning of the human resources management, upon managers of the resources human management and the employees of those entities and organizations of the governmental departments in North Sinai Governorate and the location of those departments that located in Al-Arish city, that in order to achieve the economic and social development of that province. | ||||
