Abstract | ||||
the organization that they work in. Therefore, the work environment should enable them to fulfill their expectations and to achieve their goals. The satisfaction of employees is one of the prime focuses of the human resource management as it influences their occupational performance. The employees are considered valuable assets of any organization. Their contentment and wellbeing are important. The labour welfare is believed to play an essential role in the development of the employees and the whole organization. It is considered a motivational factor for the employees . To explore the impact of the labour welfare measures on employee attitudes and job satisfaction, this study was conducted using Procter& Gamble Company in Egypt (P&G) as a case study. | ||||
