| Abstract | ||
| Background: Male breast deformity after massive weight loss represent an embarrassing situation for male. Material and Methods: This study included 20 patients with massive weight loss after bariatric surgery. They underwent mastectomy and free nipple grafting technique in a simple and quick procedures. Satisfactory aesthetic outcome could be achieved. Minor complications were recorded. In Conclusion: Free nipple grafting is a straight forward technique that can be applied safely in severe cases with severe forms of pseudogynecomastia after massive weight loss. | ||
