Abstract | ||||
Gallic acid (1), 1,2-di-O-galloyl- -D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol-3-O- -Dglucopyranoside (3), quercetin-3-O- -D-glucopyranoside (4) methyl gallate (5), ethyl gallate (6), isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (7) and quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (8) were isolated for the first time from the methanolic extract of the stem bark of Acer negundo (L.). Identification of these compounds has been established by physical, chemical and spectral evidence (UV, IR, FAB-MS, 1H- and 13C-NMR). | ||||
