Abstract
Two ionone glycosides namely 3-​oxo-​α-​ionyl-​β-​glucoside and vomifoliol, were isolated from polar fraction of the methanolic ext. of the aerial parts of Crotalaria thebaica (Del.) DC upon repeated column chromatog., together with syringresinol-​O-​β-​D-​glucopyranoside and maltol-​3-​O-​β-​D-​glucopyranoside.  The structure of these compds. have been established by extensive spectroscopic studies.
