Abstract | ||||
Given the enormous and constant changes in the knowledge humanity, and the consequent changes in the systems work, and required by it of the need to re workforce development to cope with those changes, absorb and adapt to its requirements this study sought to shed light on the training practices House National Archives (archive of the state-" Egypt ") and monitoring phases of the training process, and identify how the integrity and seriousness and to undergo the strengths and weaknesses, the study also provided a detailed concept of knowledge workers, And characteristics, and management and the challenges facing the administration. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method and survey the opinions of 65 employees of the National Archives House campaign graduate qualifications as a property of the characteristics of knowledge workers. This study concluded that the nature of work in the National Archives depends on the characteristics of the need for knowledge workers, also revealed a decrease in the role of the National Archives in employee training practices for knowledge workers with a mean low of 2.3.
