Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة للاستفادة من واقع التطبيق العملي لإدارة الحکمة عند عُمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه لتحقيق استقلالية جامعة ام القرى واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية:  التطبيقات العملية لإدارة الحکمة  عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه التي يمکن الاستفادة منها في جامعة أم القرى ما يلي:  - تولية الأصلح (ضوابط ومعايير تعيين القيادات والعاملين في الجامعة). - دور القدوة (أخلاقيات المهنة). - التدقيق الإداري (متابعة ومحاسبة العاملين في الجامعة. - تطبيق مبدأ الشورى (اهتمام الإدارة العليا برأي أهل المعرفة والخبرة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس).- أن توافر أبعاد إدارة الحکمة في جامعة أم القرى شطر الطالبات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وأخذت الترتيب التالي (البعد التأملي، البعد الوجداني، ثم البعد المعرفي). - أن توافر مقومات نجاح الاستقلالية في جامعة أم القرى جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. -  وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين توافر ابعاد إدارة الحکمة (البعد المعرفي، البعد التأملي، والبعد الوجداني) وبين توافر مقومات نجاح الاستقلالية في جامعة أم القرى شطر الطالبات. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: العمل على تجسيد إدارة الحکمة العُمَرية في الواقع العملي بإدراج متطلباتها وأساليبها المستخلصة من عهد عمر بن الخطاب في مؤسسات التعليم العالي لما تتميز به من خصائص معرفية وتأمليه وأخلاقية في جملتها تؤدي إلى القدرة على تنفيذ السلوک الإداري الأنسب.
 This study aims to take advantage of the reality of practical application of wisdom management in Omar bin Al-Khattab to achieve the independence of Umm Al-Qura University. The study adopted the descriptive approach ,and reached the following results: The applications of wisdom management developed by Omar bin al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him that can be utilized at the University of Umm Al-Qura include: - Giving the job to the most able and the most competent (criteria for appointing leaders and staff in the University). - Leaders should always be aware that they are role models (Use of professional code of ethics). -  Adoption of administrative audit (follow-up and accountability of employees in the University) . -Applying the Shure principle (Leadership should consult knowledgeable and experienced faculty members). - The availability of the wisdom management dimensions at the University of Umm Al-Qura female section came to a medium degree and took the following order (meditative dimension, emotional dimension, and then the cognitive dimension).  - The availability of the elements of the success of independence at the University of Umm Al-Qura came to a medium degree.  - There is a positive correlation between the availability of the dimensions of wisdom management (the cognitive dimension, the meditative dimension, the emotional dimension) and the availability of the elements of the success of independence in Umm Al-Qura University. The study made some recommendations, the most important of which is Working to embody Umar's wisdom management in practice by incorporating its requirements and methods, derived from Umar ibn al-Khattab's era, in higher education institutions due to its cognitive, meditative, and ethical characteristics, which in its entirety lead to the ability to implement the most appropriate administrative behavior.
