| المستخلص إن الحماية القانونية و الدستورية لکرامة الإنسان و حرياته الأساسية تحظى باهتمام دولي و إقليمي ومحلي فهي معترف بها في النظم القانونية الوطنية و الدولية ، والغرض من هذا البحث هو إلقاء الضوء علي الدستور الفرنسي والدستور المصري وغيره من الدساتير والقوانين المقارنة وذلک للوقوف علي مدي حمايته لکرامة الإنسان وحقوقه وحرياته التي يتضمنها ونبين آراء بعض الفقهاء في بعض مواد الدستور. Abstract The legal and constitutional protection of human dignity and fundamental freedoms receives international, regional and local attention, as it is recognized in national and international legal systems. The purpose of this research is to shed light on the French constitution, the Egyptian constitution, and other comparative constitutions and laws in order to determine the extent of its protection of human dignity. And his rights and freedoms contained in it and show the views of some jurists in some articles of the constitution | ||||
