Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة القيادات الأکاديمية بجامعة نجران للقيادة الإبداعية ومقترحات تطويرها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس, وهدفت أيضاً إلى اختبار الفروق في درجة ممارسة تبعّا لاختلاف خصائصهم الديمغرافية, استخدمالباحثالمنهج الوصفي, وتم تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات تکون من (33) فقرة,وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (208) عضو هيئة تدريس، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة, وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ د درجة ممارسة القيادات الأکاديمية بجامعة نجران للقيادة الإبداعية جاء بدرجة کبيرة على جميع المجالات وعلى مستوى الأداة الکلية, وأنَّ أکثر المقترحات تکراراً لدى عينة الدراسة لتطوير القيادة الإبداعية, کان ايجادنظامالحوافزلرفعالروحالمعنويةلدىالقيادات الاکاديميةللقيامبدورهمفيالقيادةالإبداعية, ووضع تشريعات خاصة بالإبداع والکشف عنهم وتوفير کل ما يلزم لهم, وکشفت أيضًا عدم وجود فروقٍ دالةٍ إحصائياً في مستوى درجة ممارسة القيادات الأکاديمية بجامعة نجران للقيادة الإبداعية، تعزى لتأثير متغيرات الجنس, والخبرة التدريسيّة, والمؤهل العلمي, ونوع الکلية. وقد فسرت النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة، کما وضعت عدد من التوصيات.
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing Creative Leadership by academic leaders at Najran University and proposals for their development from the perspective of faculty members, and to test the differences in these practices according to their various demographic characteristics. The study utilized the analytical descriptive method. The researcher designed a questionnaire to collect data consisting of (33), items, and were applied to a random sample of (208) faculty members at Najran University. The study reached the following results: the degree of practicing Creative Leadership by academic leaders was high from the perspective of faculty members and the most frequent proposals in the sample of the study to develop creative leadership and to create a system of incentives to raise the spirits of the academic leaders to play their role in creative leadership. In addition, there is need for the development of legislation on creativity and disclosure and providing all requirements for them. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 = α) between the means of the total grade of the degree of practicing Creative Leadership by academic leaders at Najran University from the perspective of faculty members in favor of variables differences: (gender, experience, qualification and faculty). The results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework of the research and previous studies, and a number of recommendations were made
