| Abstract | ||||
| تعد الحدائق التاريخية أحد الموروثات العمرانية التي تزخر بها مصر، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من تراثها المحلي ذوالقيمة، وفي إطار حماية ذلک التراث الأخضر، تم صياغة 4 معايير ضمن المادة الثانية لقانون رقم 144 لسنة 2006 في شأن "تنظيم هدم المباني والمنشآت الآيلة للسقوط والحفاظ على الطراز المعماري"، وقد أُدرِجت الحدائق التاريخية إلى جانب المباني والمنشآت ذات القيمة لتخضع لنفس المعايير الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية لذلک القانون، غير أن هناک بعض الدول والمؤسسات العالمية أوالدولية قد عنيت برصد تراثها من اللاندسکيب الثقافي أوالحدائق التاريخية من خلال مجموعة من المعايير تم صياغتها من أجل هذا النوع من التراث العمراني تحديدا، ومن هنا يهدف البحث إلى تقييم مدى کفاية وشمولية المعايير المنصوص عليها في المادة المذکورة، ولقد خلص البحث إلى بعض المعايير الإضافية التي يوصى بإدراجها ضمن نص القانون الخاص برصد وتسجيل الحدائق التاريخية في مصر، وذلک من واقع تقييم آراء مجموعة من الخبراء والمعنيين بالمجال على المستوى المحلي . Parks and green spaces act as the lungs of the city these days, and the true outlet for it, especially in cities that are overcrowded and polluted, as well as suffering from continuous and increasing urban density. Public parks were established in most of the world's historical cities, including Egyptian cities, the existence of these gardens had the greatest impact on shaping the character of the city, as it is a product of the time period in which it was established and acting also a memory of the city (1972, Lynch) It is also an honest expression of the social, political and cultural aspects of life present at the time of the establishment of the park, and its current status reflects the progress and advancement of the peoples and their seriousness in preserving that green heritage, which is an essential part of their urban environment. Many historic parks and gardens throughout Egypt are considered to be registered according to four basic criteria, which are stated in Act. 144 in 2006. The Act consists of the regulations of building and deconstruction works in Egypt. Actually, these criteria are designated to register and protect the historic buildings and constructions, while the historic gardens are mentioned ephemerally. On the other hand, some nations and countries have set assessment criteria to register and protect their parks and gardens with a historic value. The research aims to evaluate the proposed criteria that have been extrapolated from these countries, through experts in the field, by which; our historic gardens can be registered and protected for future generations. The study concluded in some additional criteria which are recommended to be added to the current Act. | ||||
