Abstract | ||||
The purpose of this Master’s thesis “Teachers’ Perception of the Effect of Technology on Students’ Engagement in the Middle School Science Classroom” was to determine teachers’ perceptions about the effectiveness of technology in middle school science classroom on student engagement. The Master’s thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspect of the research that was conducted. Chapter 1 is introductory and describes the relationship between technology, students, and the science classroom. Chapter 2 examines literature reviewed in conjunction with the Master’s thesis. Chapter 3 provides an outline of relevant methodology used in the study. Chapter 4 concentrates on the results of the study. Conclusions are drawn in Chapter 5, with the main aim of the graduation thesis having been reached. | ||||
