Abstract | ||||
The research aimed at measuring the effect of tasks provision pattern difference (distributed /condensed) in WebQuests on developing creative design skills of digital libraries interfaces of information department students. The participants (n= 63) were divided into two experimental groups. The instruments included a creative design test, an observation card for the practical performance, criteria and indicators card. The results indicates that there is a significant difference at (0.05) level between the first experimental group (which studies with the distributed pattern) and the second experimental group (which studies with the condensed pattern) means on behalf of the first experimental group. The results also referred that there is no significant difference between the first experimental group (which studies with the distributed pattern) and the second experimental group (which studies with the condensed pattern) means of the observation card for the practical performance and criteria card measures. The research recommended the necessity of tasks provision pattern difference (distributed /condensed) in designing the electronic learning environment taking into account the learners individuality and various learning styles. | ||||
