| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة معرفة مستوى امتلاک معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في الباحة للکفايات اللازمة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس العادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم في ضوء متغيري النوع والخبرة في التدريس. وقامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة لکفايات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في الباحة اللازمة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تم اشتقاقها من المعايير العالمية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة والتي أصدرها مجلس الطلبة غير العاديين. Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى امتلاک معلمي المدارس الابتدائية للکفايات اللازمة للدمج جاءت بمستوى (متوسطة) على جميع أبعاد المقياس؛ إذ جاءت الأبعاد مرتبة تنازليًا حسب مستوى الامتلاک کما يلي: بُعد خصائص الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بُعد الأسس العامة في تربية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، الخطط والاستراتيجيات التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بُعد مهارات التعاون والإرشاد للطلبة ذو الاحتياجات الخاصة وأسرهم، تقييم وتشخيص ذو الاحتياجات الخاصة. کما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى امتلاک المعلمين للکفايات تعزى للنوع ولصالح الذکور، وفروق في الخبرة في التعليم لصالح الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات. The current study aimed to find out the level of primary school teachers in Al-Baha possession of the necessary competencies to include students with special needs in general schools from the viewpoints of the teachers themselves in the light of the gender and experience in teaching variables. The researcher designed a questionnaire for primary school teachers competencies in the courtyard necessary to include students with special needs that was derived from the international standards for special education teachers issued by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and the results of the study concluded that the level of primary school teachers' acquisition of the competencies necessary for inclusion came at A level (medium) on all dimensions of the scale as the dimensions were descending according to the level of possession as follows: Dimension of characteristics of students with special needs, general foundations in education for people with special needs, educational plans and strategies for people with special needs, cooperation and counseling skills for students with special needs and their families, assessment and diagnosis of special needs. The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of teachers' possession of competencies due to gender and in favor of males, and differences in experience in education in favor of experience less than 5 years. | ||||
