Abstract | ||||||||||||||
يهدفُ البحث الحالي إلى دراسة الرشاقة التنظيمية وفاعليتها في تدعيم سلوکيات المواطنة لدى العاملين الإداريين بجامعة القصيم، وذلک من خلال التعرف على درجة مشارکة العاملين الإداريين في وضع إستراتيجية المؤسسة لتدعيم سلوکيات المواطنة المرتبطة بالانتماء والولاء لها، ودرجة استثمار العاملين الإداريين لتکنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق التفوق الإداري والتنمية الذاتية، ودرجة سرعة الاستجابة للتغيير والاتجاه للاستباقية في تطوير السلوکيات المرتبطة بطبيعة العمل الإداري، ودرجة مشارکة العاملين الإداريين في صنع القرار ودعم اللامرکزية في تحقيق المبادرة الشخصية، وطبيعة المناخ الداعم للابتکار والقدرة على تطبيق الأفکار الجديدة والمتميزة في تدعيم السلوکيات الحضارية للعاملين الإداريين. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية)، ويتمثل مجتمع البحثِ في العاملين الإداريين بکليات جامعة القصيم البالغ عددهم (1767) فردا، وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البالغ قوامها (316) فردا من العاملين الإداريين بجامعة القصيم، ولجمع البيانات الخاصة بالبحث استخدمت الباحثة استمارة استبانة الرشاقة التنظيمية وفاعليتها في تدعيم سلوکيات المواطنة لدى العاملين الإداريين بجامعة القصيم، وکانت من أهم النتائج أنّ هناک قصورا في درجة مشارکة العاملين الإداريين في وضع إستراتيجية المؤسسة لتدعيم سلوکيات المواطنة المرتبطة بالانتماء والولاء لها، وکانت من أهم التوصيات إعطاءُ حرية أکبر للعاملين في الإبداع والابتکار وتشجيع وحماية العاملين والمبدعين والمبتکرين. effectiveness in supporting citizenship behaviors among administrative workers in the Qassim University, by identifying the degree of administrative employees participation in setting the institution's strategy to support citizenship behaviors associated with affiliation and loyalty to it, and the degree of administrative workers investing in information technology in achieving administrative excellence and development Subjectivity, the degree of response speed to the change and direction of anticipation in developing behaviors related to the nature of administrative work, the degree of participation of administrative workers in decision-making, support for decentralization in achieving personal initiative, the nature of the climate supporting innovation and the ability to apply new and distinct ideas in strengthening the civilizational behaviors of administrative workers. The researcher used the descriptive approach (the method of survey studies), and the research community represents the administrative workers in the colleges of the Qassim University, who number (1767) individuals, and the researcher selected the research sample in a random manner of (316) individuals from the administrative workers at the University of Qassim, and to collect data for the research were used The researcher questionnaire questionnaire for organizational agility and its effectiveness in supporting citizenship behaviors among the administrative staff at Qassim University, and one of the most important results was that there was a deficiency in the degree of administrative workers participation in setting the institution's strategy to support citizenship behaviors associated with belonging and loyalty to them, and one of the most important recommendations was to give greater freedom to workers in creativity Innovating, encouraging and protecting workers, creators and innovators. | ||||||||||||||
