Abstract | ||||
The purpose of the knitting process in general is to create good knits that achieve the standard levels required for both appearance and performance, and the efficiency of knitting is considered one of the important basics for the quality of the clothing product, as a good appearance in knitting means that the materials are woven in a flat manner so that it does not produce incomplete stitches, punching, or wrinkling and without damage. Or cutting in the materials that have been sewn, and this is evident in the extent of the bad impact of knitting defects from the presence of one or more stitches that are worn or cut or the presence of ruffles or tension on the sewing line, and the quality of knitting with its different elements has a direct effect on the method or method of building the knitting itself, so the stitches For example, it is the means by which materials such as fabrics and clothes are collected by interlocking the threads that connect the parts of the clothing pieces by the machine knitting process. On this basis, stitches are considered a crucial measure of the quality of clothes and in many cases manufacturers are keen to define the specifications of the stitches used in the production of clothes. Therefore, correct thinking in choosing the types of sewing used in production and the correct choice of the various factors affecting them such as stitch length, degree of tension, pedal pressure, type Stitch, needle and thread all help to provide important information for judging the quality of the sewing joint of a men's shirt. The research aims to: Devise the necessary standards for the implementation of some men's shirt joints to obtain efficient and appearance knitting joints leading to the improvement of the quality of the clothing product. This research follows the experimental method. The study procedures were as follows: Both were installed using the material, the Juky knitting machine, the knitting needle No. (16), the sewing thread. And determining the search variables, which are (the length of the stitch 2,3,4 according to the type of knitting on the machine i.e. 3 x 3 = 9 for each type of sewing joint) & (and use heavy, medium, and light pedal pressure) in elbow weaving, regular knitting, the most comfortable 3 thread, the most 4 thread The most abundant 5 coils, and the number of samples reached 45 knitted samples to test tensile strength, weaving efficiency and crease (phenotypic). The tests were conducted on research samples at the National Institute for Measurement and Calibration by the pyramid (NIS), and the results of the properties of tensile strength, crease (phenotypic) and the efficiency of knitting were tabulated for the samples under study, and then these results were analyzed statistically, using the STATISTICA program for regression analysis in order to find the significance of the effect of independent factors. The three (knitting stitch type, stitch length, and pedal pressure) each feature (tensile strength, knitting efficiency, and finally the appearance in the sewing area). During the analysis, the p-level significance, which is limited to (0,000: 0.05), will be accepted. It was found that the best tensile strength when knitting an "elbow" was at stitch length (2) and pedal pressure (2). And that the best knitting efficiency is 100% when weaving the "elbow" at stitch length (2) and pedal pressure (1,3,2), stitch length (4) and pedal pressure (1), as well as for knitting more "5" when stitch length (2) and pressure Pedal (2) as well as more “4” at stitch length (4) and pedal pressure (3), as well as at stitch length (3) and pedal pressure (2), as well as for knitting more “3” at stitch length (2) and pedal pressure (1) ) By 100%, and in the last place the efficiency of regular knitting at stitch length (4) and pedal pressure (1). And my best look for regular knitting is at stitch length 3 pedal pressure 2, and at stitch length 4 pedal pressure 1. | ||||
