Abstract | ||||
The purpose of study to design E-Management module for the Executive Plan by designing a web application, using the views from (56) of planners in the College and Alexandria University, study uses a personal interview and survey, survey containing (27) questions, survey reliability approved by consulting (12) experts Directors of of Alexandria University Quality Assurance Center, The researcher used Alpha Cronbach for calculating survey reliability which value of (89,3), study uses descriptive methodology with experimental methodology, Statistics was conducted by SPSS to measure means, standard deviation, Spearman Brown Stability Coefficient, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient, The researcher diagnosed the situation for manual plan process and reviewed Physical Education Strategy to complete system analysis and then design and build a web application . Conclusions: - The manual procedures for Plan can be converted into electronic mechanisms effectively, efficiently through application, - The designed web application valid to be applied for the College. - The designed web application saves time and effort for the users to input, follow up the plan’s goals and missions, - The designed web application limits deviation from College’s goals because departments’ objectives and activities align with strategic goals, based on each department’s specialization, Recommendations: - Replace manual system for the plan with web application in the Executive Plan procedures, - Require College departments to use the web application in the planning process, - Generalize use of web application to College, Faculties at Alexandria University. - Encourage researchers to design more applications and aiming to eliminate entirely manual work. | ||||
