| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية الذات وعلاقتها بالرضا عن التخصص لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وعلاقة ذلک بمتغيرات النوع (ذکر، أنثى)، التخصص (توحد، معلم تعليم عام)، سنوات الخبرة (لا توجد خبرة في التدريس، اقل من ثلاث سنوات، من ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات، أکثر من خمس سنوات)، البيئة المدرسية (معهد، برنامج دمج، مدرسة عادية). وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (183) من معلمي ومعلمات الطلاب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، طبق عليهم استبيان فاعلية الذات (إعداد الباحث)، واستبيان الرضا عن التخصص( إعداد الباحث)، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها، ارتفاع مستوى فاعلية الذات لمعلمي ومعلمات الطلاب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، ومن جانب آخر ارتفاع مستوى الرضا عن التخصص لمعلمي ومعلمات الطلاب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات العينة في الدرجة الکلية لاستبيان فاعلية الذات والدرجة الکلية لاستبيان الرضا عن التخصص دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01)، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) في فاعلية الذات أو الرضا عن التخصص لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد يعزى لکثير من متغيرات الدراسة The current study aimed to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and satisfaction with specialization among teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and the impact of gender (male / female), specialization (autism, general education teacher), years of experience (no teaching experience, less than three years, more than five years), and school environment (institute, inclusion program, regular school) on this relationship. Study sample consisted of 183 teachers of students with autism, who completed self-efficacy questionnaire (prepared by the researcher), and satisfaction with specialization questionnaire (prepared by the researcher). The study used analytic descriptive method. There are many findings, which are high level of self-efficacy among teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder, The study also showed the high level of satisfaction with specialization among teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder. There is statistically significant correlation between samples total score on self-efficacy questionnaire and total score of satisfaction with specialization questionnaire, (P=0.01). There is no statistically significant differences (P = 0.05) in self efficacy or satisfaction with specialization among teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder, because of many variables | ||||
