Abstract | ||||
this research aim to knowing the effect of strategic creative incentive and: distinguishing in developing strategic thinking , the researcher state the research upon main hypothesis has four sub hypotheses and is applied on Suez canal authority and the sample was 331 and the most important findings that there is significant effect of creative and distinguishing creative on developing strategic thinking and therefore the research recommend reviewing the strategic incentive systems which support and incentive the privilege people and this support the introduction of creative and innovative ideas and this achieve the competitive advantage for the authority. | ||||
