Abstract | ||||
The field of providing hospitality services is characterized by a very competitive atmosphere, seeking to build an ideal business identity, increasing profit rates, and doubling turnout. Among the biggest challenges facing food research in this century is to maintain sustainable food production while providing high-quality food products with additional functions to prevent lifestyle-related diseases such as cancer, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Functional foods with biologically active ingredients may provide desirable health benefits that go beyond basic nutrition and play important roles in preventing lifestyle-related diseases. The results that we reached through the research showed the importance of functional foods and their important and vital role in attracting and increasing the number of customers to Egyptian hospitality firms. | ||||
