| Abstract | ||||
| ويهدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات إستخدام الممارسة المرتکزة على تطبيقات الهواتف الذکية في مجال رعاية الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والفوائد من إستخدامها وأداور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تطبيقها والصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيقها وأهم المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيلها والتغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيقها. ويعد البحث أحد الدراسات الوصفية في مجالات الخدمة الاجتماعية. وإعتمد البحث على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين ببرنامج إدارة الحالة بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بمحافظة أسيوط وقوامها (29) مفردة، وتم تطبيق البحث بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بمحافظة أسيوط في الفترة من (مايو 2020م إلى يوليو2020م). وأثبتت النتائج أن أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق الممارسة المرتکزة على تطبيقات الهواتف الذکية جاءت مرتبة تنازلياً کالتالي: المتطلبات المهارية ثم المتطلبات المعرفية وأخيراً المتطلبات القيمية، کما أظهرت النتائج العديد من فوائد الممارسة المرتکزة على تطبيقات الهواتف الذکية وکذلک الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيقها وصولاً لبرنامج تدريبى مقترح لتعزيز قدرة الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي على تطبيق الممارسة المرتکزة على تطبيقات الهواتف الذکية في مجال رعاية الأطفال المعرضين للخطر. The research aims to determine the requirements for using smart phone applications based practice in the field of caring for children at risk, the benefits of using it, the roles of the social worker in applying it, the difficulties facing its application and the most important proposals necessary to activate it and overcome the difficulties facing its application. The research is considered one of the descriptive studies in social work fields. The research was based on the comprehensive social survey methodology for social workers working in the case management program in the Social Solidarity Directorate in Assiut Governorate and its number was (29) individuals, and the research was applied in the Social Solidarity Directorate in Assiut Governorate from (May 2020 AD to July 2020 AD). The results are proven that the most important requirements for implementing smart phone-based practice in the care of children at risk were ranked in descending order as follows: skill requirements, knowledge requirements and finally value requirements. | ||||
