| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء عوائق التهيئة ما قبل المهنية للطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وسبل التغلب عليها کما يتصورها معلمي التوحد في المدارس والمعاهد الثانوية بمدينة جدة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد أداة المقابلة من قبل الباحث، وتم التأکد من صدقها وموثوقيتها، حيث تکون مجتمع البحث من (6) معلمين يعملون في برامج التوحد بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة جدة، وتم إجراء المقابلات معهم، وتوصل الباحث إلى ما يلي: کانت أبرز النتائج المتعلقة بالعوائق هي: شدة حالات بعض الطلاب وتباين القدرات العقلية بينهم، بالإضافة إلى وجود المشکلات السلوکية والحسية لديهم، عدم وجود منهج رسمي من قبل وزارة التعليم، ندرة المعامل والورش المهنية في المدارس، ونقص الوسائل لدى المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى ضعف تواصل الأسرة مع المدرسة. کما کانت أبرز سبل التغلب على العوائق هي ضرورة مشارکة الأسرة أثناء التدريب المهني، الشراکة بين المدارس والمعاهد المهنية والکليات التقنية في عمليتي تدريب الطلاب والمعلمين، واستخدام أسلوب التسلسل وتحليل المهمة والنماذج المحسوسة، والترکيز على ميول الطالب، والاستفادة من المعاهد المهنية لبناء مناهج خاصة بالتهيئة ما قبل المهنية The objective of this research is to recognize the obstacles of pre-vocational rehabilitation for students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and the ways of overcoming them as perceived by their Autism Specialist Teachers at schools and High school institutes in Jeddah. In order to achieve the research's objectives, the researcher has prepared the interview tool along with Its correctness and reliability have been confirmed. Whereas the study population consists of 6 Autism Specialist Teachers in secondary schools in Jeddah, then the interviews are conducted with them. Accordingly, the researcher founds the following: The most prominent findings related to the obstacles are: how severe are some students' conditions and the differences in mental abilities among them along with their behavioral and sensory problems by means of the absence of an official curriculum provided by the Ministry of Education, the scarcity of laboratories, vocational workshops in schools, and the lack of Teaching Aids, in addition to the family's poor communication with school. Moreover, the most significant ways to overcome these obstacles are the necessity of family's participation during vocational training, partnership among schools, vocational institutes and technical faculties in both processes of training students and teachers, the use of Chaining method, task analysis and inductive models, focusing on student's preferences, and making use of vocational institutes in order to build special Curriculums that are designed for pre-vocational rehabilitation. | ||||
