Abstract | ||||
The objective of this study was to control onion downy mildew ODM disease using some ecofriendly methods instead of fungicides. Such methods included fertilization with actosol and compost; in addition to the recommended doses of fertilizers; medical plant water extracts, plant oils, biocontrol agents and specific fungicides. The tested control methods significantly reduced the infection with Peronospora destructor (Bark.), improved growth characteristics, photosynthetic pigments, water relations and yield production. | ||||
