Abstract | ||||
Theridion jordanenseLevy & Amitai, 1982was collected from grape trees in El-Sadat city, El-Menofia Governorate, Egypt. Biological aspects were studied under laboratory conditions (26-28oC and 60-70% R.H.). Males reached maturity after 4 spiderlings (instars) (64±3.1 days), while females reached maturity after 5 spiderlings (instars) (88±3.7 days). Spiders were fed on different instars of larvae of cotton leaf worm. Food consumption was observed. | ||||
