Abstract | ||||
الخردل في مصر خلال العصرين اليوناني والروماني ملخص باللغة العربية: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة نبات الخردل الذي بدا يظهر في المصادر الأدبية الکلاسيکية منذ القرن الخامس قبل الميلاد، حيث استَخْدَم الکتَّابُ لفظة "نابي" (νᾶπυ) للإشارة إلى نبات الخردل. وظلت هذه اللفظة مُسْتَخْدَمة حتى القرن الثاني، وبداية القرن الثالث الميلادي. ومنذ القرن الرابع قبل الميلاد بدأت تظهر لفظة "سينابي" (σίνᾶπι) في المصادر الأدبية، وظلت اللفظتان تستخدمان جنبًا إلى جنب، وإن کانت لفظة (νᾶπυ) قد تراجعت لصالح لفظة (σίνᾶπι) التي تردد ذکرها کثيرًا في الوثائق البردية المصرية، مقارنةً بـ "لفظة" (νᾶπυ) التي لم تذکر إلا مرةً واحدة. وهناک ثلاثة انواع من الخردل: الأبيض والأسود، والخردل البري، ولقد تردد ذکر الخردل (الأسود) (σίνᾶπι) في کثيرٍ من الوثائق البردية المؤرخة بالعصرين البطلمي والروماني، حيث تظهر الإشارات إلى الخردل في قوائم المواد الغذائية والإيصالات والخطابات الشخصية المتعلقة بالسياقات الزراعية والغذائية. ويبدو أنَّ زراعة الخردل قد ترکزت بشکلٍ أکبر في إقليم الفيوم، حيث نجد أنَّ أغلب الإشارات جاءت من قرى الفيوم. الکلمات الدالة: خردل، بطلمي، روماني، الفيوم، نابي، سينابي. | ||||
