Abstract | ||||
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الإجابة عن السؤال التالي: هل يعد التسامح السياسي أمرا مشروعا؟، وبالطبع عند شروع الباحث في الإجابة عن هذا السؤال، ينبغي عليه أن يتناول بعض المحاور المهمة لعل من أبرزها: ما المقصود بالتسامح السياسي؟، وما علاقته ببعض المفاهيم الأخرى؟، وما موقف الفلاسفة المعاصرون من التسامح السياسي؟. وما الاقتراحات والحلول التي قدمها الفلاسفة المعاصرون لتجنب الصعوبات التي تعترض الباحث في الإقرار بمشروعية التسامح السياسي من عدمه؟ وما حدود التسامح السياسي التي اقترحها الفلاسفة المؤيدون لمشروعية التسامح السياسي؟ ولقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج التحليلي المقارن تارة، وعلى المنهج النقدي تارة أخرى. کما توصل إلى مجموعة مهمة من النتائج لعل من أبرزها: يعد موضوع التسامح السياسي موضوعًا قديمًا-حديثًا؛ ذلک لأن أغلب فلاسفة الأخلاق والسياسة قد اهتموا بالبحث عن مشروعية التسامح السياسي، کما استطاع الباحث التفکير في السبل والطرق التي تجعل التسامح السياسي أمرًا مشروعًا. وعلى الرغم من ذلک، فقد وجد الباحث أنه مازال هناک انقسام بين الفلاسفة بشأن کون التسامح السياسي أمرًا مشروعًا من عدمه. الأمر الذي جعل الباحث ينهي حديثه بالتأکيد على أن هذه الإشکالية بحاجة دائمة إلى حلول أخرى خلاف التي اقترحها الباحث؛ نظرًا لطبيعتها المتجددة. | ||||
