Abstract | ||||
Importance of study in the absence of carefully structured system of appraisal people will tend to judge the work performance of others including subordinates naturally informally and arbitrarily results obtained from the responses of 55 questionnaires distributed among a random sample from teaching –staff community were analyzed statistically the evaluation form used by the centre of measurement evaluation and career development of the public authority for applied education and training. | ||||
