Importance of research: - Creating sportswear that works with a thermal insulation system, which helps boxers to train, prepare and physiological before the match - Minimizing the player's energy consumption before the match. Methodology: The two researchers used the descriptive and analytical method. Main Findings: According to the research objectives and hypotheses, the following results were reached: Lactic acid concentration decreases after warming up with innovative warm-up clothes. - Increased muscle elasticity after wearing the innovative warm-up clothes. - Innovative warm-up clothes have thermal insulation compared to traditional warm-up clothes. | ||||
