Abstract | ||||
There has been a lot of interest in the environment in the past few year , as a result of the spread of many environmental problems that increased pollution rates and gas emissions, and heavy use of resources, which all of them threaten the survival and sustainability of the environment.Environmental tourism planning is one of the contemporary preventive mechanisms to protect the environment in a controlled and adaptive manner through it, many economic and social development goals can be achieved. It is also a scientific method for organizing and managing environmental tourism activity in all its elements and activities that provide a scientific framework for making the correct decisions necessary to manage areas of a special nature, the study aims to know the role of environmental tourism planning in developing sustainable environmental tourism. Purposive Sample was chosen from the authorities entrusted with setting environmental tourism development plans, 70 questionnaires were distributed and 60 valid forms were retrieved for statistical analysis. The study found a positive relationship between the goals that environmental tourism planning seeks to achieve and confront problems that hinder the achievement of development Sustainable ecotourism in the Mars Alam. region with a rate of 93%; for this reason, the study recommended the necessity of using environmental tourism planning as a mechanism to develop sustainable environmental tourism in the region of Marsa Alam. | ||||
