| Abstract | ||||
| Erectile dysfunction [ED] is persistent inability to achieve or maintain rigid penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. It is a typical clinical element that influences basically men more seasoned than 40 years. Away from the psychogenic reasons for ED, numerous natural factors, for example, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heftiness and smoking have been connected to the improvement of ED which is viewed as of vascular beginning in by far most of the patients. Microfibrillar-related protein 4 [MFAP4] is an extracellular network protein which legitimately ties to collagen, elastin and fibrillin.
