| Summary Art is a product of its age, it represents humanity as much to be compatible with the prevailing ideas in a specific historical situation. Along with the aspirations of this situation and with its needs and hopes, we find it changing with the change of the age, but art goes far beyond this range, it makes, from the specific historical moment, a one moment of Humanity's several moments, the moment that opens the horizon towards a continuous development, this development affected the aesthetics of animation in the quality of the three-dimensional works in particular, where the research problem lies how the impact of modern technological developments on the aesthetics of two-and three-dimensional animation, and how animation works have become rivaling cinema motion Live action, after the three-dimensional animation became very prevalent, the research aims to determine the audience requirements for three-dimensional films and emphasize the impact of modern computer graphics programs in the form of an animated film, where we conclude that the aesthetics of animation in the period (2009-2019) Affected by the technological development of programs and production process, which summarized several stages and the production process became faster and greater.
