| هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف علي أثر التدريب علي برنامج الارشاد المعرفي وفنياته المختلفة لتحسين الذاکرة العاملة من أجل أرتفاع التحصيل الأکاديمي لدي الطالب (دراسة الحالة) وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة لطالب جامعي بالأمارات العربية المتحدة (دراسة حالة) وتلخصت مشکلة الدراسة في التساؤلين التاليين 1-هل توجد فروق في الذاکرة العاملة لدى الطالب (دراسة الحالة) في کل من القياسين قبل وبعد التدريب علي البرنامج ؟2-هل توجد فروق في التحصيل الأکاديمي لدي الطالب (دراسة الحالة) في کل من القياسين بعد التطبيق علي البرنامج والقياس التتبعي (بعد شهر)؟ وقد تم استخدم المنهج التجريبي لمعرفة الفروق بين القياس القبلي و البعدي وتکونت ادوات الدراسة من البرنامج الارشادي الذي تم تطبيقه لمدة ثلاثة اشهر وکذا التحصيل الدراسي بواسطة مقارنة درجات الطالب في امتحان الثانوية العامة ودرجاته في نهاية الفصل الدراسي الاول الجامعي لجميع المساقات للعام الجامعي 2019/2020 وکما بينت النتائج وجود أثر لفاعلية برنامج الارشاد النفسي وفنياته المختلفة في تحسين مستوي التحصيل الدراسي من خلال الدرجات المرتفعة بعد التدريب علي البرنامج وقد أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة اجراء دراسة ميدانية حول هذا الموضوع تستهدف جميع الطلاب علي مدي المامهم بأهمية دور فنيات الارشاد المعرفي واستخداماته في کيفية تحسين الذاکرة العاملة والتحصيل الأکاديمي لخدمة العملية التربوية ولتحقيق الاهداف التعليمية. This study aimed to identify the impact of training on the program of cognitive counseling and its various techniques in order to improve the working memory and academic achievement of the student (case study) The study sample consisted of a university student in the United Arab Emirates (case study) and the study problem was summarized in the following two questions 1-Is Are there differences in the working memory of the student (case study) in each of the two measurements before and after training on the program? 2-Are there differences in the academic achievement of the student (case study) in both of the two measurements after application to the program and the tracking measure (after a month)? The experimental method was used to find the differences between the pre and post measurement, the study tools consisted of the indicative program that has been applied for a period of three months, as well as the academic achievement by comparing the student’s grades in the high school exam and its grades at the end of the first university semester for all courses for the academic year 2019/2020 as indicated The results have an effect of the effectiveness of the psychological counseling program and its various techniques in improving the level of academic achievement through high grades after training on the program. These recommendations were recommended To study the necessity of conducting a field study on this topic targeting all students to the extent of their familiarity with the importance of the role of knowledge extension techniques and its uses in how to improve working memory and academic achievement to serve the educational process and to achieve educational goals | ||||
