Abstract
قدرة الجامعات المصرية علي الإلتزام بمعايير الحوکمة في إطار طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وعلاقته بمواجهة الأزمات المجتمعية وقت انتشار فيروس کورونا
الملخص باللغة العربية : تستهدف الدراسة تحديد مدى قدرة الجامعات على الالتزام بمعايير الحوکمة، مدى قدرتها على مواجهة الأزمات المجتمعية وقت انتشار فيروس کورونا، وما الصعوبات التى تواجه الجامعات فى تطبيق معايير الحوکمة والصعوبات التى تواجهها فى التعامل مع الأزمات المجتمعية، واعتمدت الدراسة على الدراسات الوصفية باستخدام الحصر الشامل عن طريق استمارة قياس للقيادات الجامعية بدمنهور وعددهم (124) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى قدرة الجامعات المصرية على الالتزام بمعايير الحوکمة المتمثلة فى رفع مستوى الخدمات، الشفافية، المساءلة، المشارکة فى صنع القرار، کما أن الجامعات لديها القدرة على التعامل مع الأزمات المجتمعية داخلها أو خارجها، وأن هناک بعض الصعوبات تواجه الجامعات فى الالتزام بمعايير الحوکمة .

Abstract of study: The study aims to define university capacity to obligate by Governance standards and facing societal crises in the time of Corona virus, and what's obstacles which face in obligation of Governance standards and societal crises, the study depends on the descriptive study using the social survey to university leaders its number (124) leader, study results explains that, Egyptian universities have ability to obligate Governance standards as quality services, transparency, accountability, and participation in decision making, and university have the ability to deal with societal crises in or out, there are some obstacles which face university to obligate the standards of Governane.
