Abstract
تعد الاسرة هي المؤسسة الرئيسية التي تسهم في تکوين شخصية الفرد وتشکيل ثقافته واتجاهاته إلا أن المتغيرات المعاصرة قد نالت بعض من وظائفها التربوية والتکوينية ومن قدرتها على الاستمرار في ممارسة أدوارها التقليدية الفعالة وأصبحت الأسرة في ادائها لوظائفها البيولوجية والنفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية تجاه أفرادها بدأت تتناقص تدريجياً في ظل المتغيرات الراهنة والتي من أبرزها التکنولوجية ووسائل وبرامج التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلام مما أنتج تراجعاً في دورها کناقلة للقيم والمعايير والمعرفة والثقافة وانحسار في مرجعيتها کأهم مؤسسة للتنشئة الاجتماعية ونتيجة لهذا التغيير فقدت الأسرة العديد من وظائفها التقليدية وقيمها وظهرت العديد من التغييرات على الأسرة وأيضا العديد من المشکلات التي أثرت على التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المشکلات الناتجة عن المتغيرات التکنولوجية الحديثة على التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء، التوصل إلى تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتعامل مع المشکلات الناتجة عن المتغيرات التکنولوجية الحديثة على التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء. واستنتجت الدراسة أن المشکلات الناتجة عن المتغيرات التکنولوجية الحديثة على التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء ککل کما يحددها أولياء الأمور, تمثلت فى المشکلات السلوکية، والمشکلات التعليمية والمشکلات الاجتماعية.
Abstract
The family is the main institution that contributes to the formation of the individual’s personality and the formation of his culture and trends. However, contemporary variables have acquired some of their educational and formative functions and their ability to continue practicing their effective traditional roles. The current variables, the most prominent of which are technology, means and programs of social communication and the media, which resulted in a decline in its role as a carrier of values, standards, knowledge and culture and a decline in its reference as the most important institution for socialization and as a result of this change the family lost many of its traditional functions and values, and many changes appeared on the family and also many problems that affected On the social upbringing of children. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the problems resulting from modern technological variables on the social upbringing of children, to come up with a proposed perception from the perspective of general practice in social service to deal with the problems resulting from modern technological changes on the social upbringing of children. The study concluded that the problems resulting from modern technological changes on the social upbringing of children as a whole, as defined by parents, were behavioral problems, educational problems and social problems.
