| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد دور الاخصائى الاجتماعى فى استخدام مهارات الإرشاد مع جماعات الأسر لتعديل السلوکيات السلبية لأبنائهم المُراهقين، وذلک من خلال الإعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعى بنوعيه، المسح الاجتماعى الشامل للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمکاتب التوجيه والإستشارات الأسرية بمحافظة القاهرة وعددهم (25)، المسح الاجتماعى بإستخدام العينة لجماعات الأسر المُترددين إلى مکاتب التوجيه والإستشارات الأسرية بمحافظة القاهرة وعددهم (85)، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى دور الاخصائى الاجتماعى فى إستخدام مهارات الإرشاد مع جماعات الأسر لتعديل السلوکيات السلبية (التمرد، العِناد، العِصيان) لأبنائهم المُراهقين مُرتفع، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتطوير دور الاخصائى الاجتماعى فى إستخدام مهارات الإرشاد مع جماعات الأسر لتعديل السلوکيات السلبية لأبنائهم المُراهقين. The present study aims to determine the role of the social worker in the use of coaching skills with family groups To modify the negative behaviors of their adolescents children, through the use of social survey method in to types: social survey of social workers employees of family guidance and counseling offices in Cairo Governorate and their number (25 ),and the social survey using the sample For groups of families who hesitate to offices of family guidance and counseling in Cairo Governorate and their number (85 ) ,The results of the study indicated that The level of the social worker’s role in using coaching skills with family groups to modify negative behaviors (rebellion, stubbornness, disobedience) in their adolescent children is high, As the study reached a set of recommendations to develop the role of the social worker in the use of coaching skills with family groups to modify the negative behaviors of their teenage children. | ||||
