Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين التزام الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالأخلاقيات المهنية، وتنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى طلاب المدارس الإعدادية، سواء المرتبطة بمسئولياتهم الشخصية أو الأخلاقية أو الجماعية أو الوطنية، انتمت هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، کما إنها اعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقتي الحصر الشامل والعينة، وتمثلت أداتي الدراسة في مقياس الأخلاقيات المهنية الذي طبق علي الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الإعدادية بإدارة قنا التعليمية وعددهم (93) أخصائي، ومقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية الذي طبق علي طلاب المدارس الإعدادية وعددهم (242) طالب، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن درجة التزام الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الإعدادية بالأخلاقيات المهنية کانت مرتفع نسبيا في جميع أبعاد الأخلاقيات المهنية، کما توصلت الدراسة إلي أن مستوي المسئولية الاجتماعية بجميع مجالاته کان مرتفع لدي الطلاب عينة الدراسة، وأيضا توصلت الدراسة أن هناک علاقة قوية بين التزام الأخصائيين الاجتماعين بالأخلاقيات المهنية، وتنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى طلاب المدارس الإعدادية.
abstract
This study aimed to determine the relationship between the commitment of social workers with the professional ethics and the development of social responsibility for preparatory schools students, whether related to their personal, morality, collective, national responsibilities. he results of the study concluded that the degree of commitment of social workers in preparatory schools with professional ethics was relatively high in all dimensions of professional ethics. The study also found that the level of social responsibility in all its fields was high for the study sample students. The results of the study concluded that there is a strong relationship between the commitment of social workers With the professional ethics and the development of social responsibility .
