| Abstract | ||||
| استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مدى وجود فروق معنوية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب ومشرفي التدريب فى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على استخدام النظرية وکذلک الفروق بينهم فى واقع استخدام النظرية فى الممارسة المهنية لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع بالمجال المدرسي، بالإضافة لتحديد العلاقة بين العوامل المؤثرة على استخدام النظرية وواقع استخدامها فى الممارسة المهنية، وتحقيقاً لهذه الأهداف اتبع الباحث نمط الدراسة الوصفية مستخدماً منهج المسح من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبيان على عينة قوامها 254 طالب من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة وجميع مشرفي التدريب لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة وعددهم 23 مشرف، وکذلک 20 عضو هيئة تدريس، وأکدت النتائج عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب والمشرفين فى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على استخدام النظرية وکذلک، عدم وجود فروق بينهم فى واقع استخدام النظرية فى الممارسة، کما أکدت وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين العوامل المؤثرة على استخدام النظرية وواقع استخدامها فى الممارسة المهنية. Abstract The study aimed to determine the extent of the significant differences between faculty members, students and fieldwork instructors in determining the factors affecting the use of theory as well as the differences between them in the reality of using theory in professional practice of the method of community organization in the school field, in addition to determining the relationship between the factors affecting the use of theory and the reality of its use in practice, To achieve these goals, the researcher followed the descriptive study pattern, using the survey method by applying the questionnaire tool to a sample of 254 students from the third year and 23 fieldwork instructors for the third year students, as well as 20 faculty members. The results confirmed that there were no significant differences between faculty members, students and fieldwork instructors in determining the factors affecting the use of theory, as well as no significant differences between them in the reality of using theory in practice, It also confirmed the existence of a strong positive relationship between the factors affecting the use of theory and the reality of its use in professional practice. | ||||
