| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد فعالية مقرر التدريب على المهارات فى تنمية القيادةلجماعات طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة حلوان وتمثلت القيادة فى إدارة العمل الجماعى، والقدرة على تکوين العلاقات ،والقدرة على إتخاذ القرار، والقدرة على التفاوض فى المواقف المختلفة وهى من الدراسات التقويمية وذلک باستخدام نموذج (رينو باتى )لقياس الأهداف واستخدمت منهج المسح الأجتماعى بنوعية الشامل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس القائمين بتدريس المقرر وعينة من الطلاب وطبقت الباحثة أستمارة إستبيان على الطلاب عددهم(109) طالب ودليل مقابلة شبة مقننة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعددهم (14) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى قبول الفرض الأول للدراسة من المتوقع أن يکون مستوى فعالية مقرر التدريب على المهارات مرتفع ،وقبول الفرض الثانى للدراسة وهو من المتوقع أن يکون مستوى المهارات القيادية لدى جماعات الطلاب بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية - جامعة حلوان مرتفع،وقبول الفرض الثالث للدراسة وهو توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين فعالية مقرر التدريب على المهارات وتنمية المهارات القيادية لدى جماعات الطلاب بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية - جامعة حلوان ورفض کلا من الفرض الرابع والخامس للدراسة وأقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات بناء على نتائج الدراسة لزيادة فعالية مقرر التدريب على المهارات فى تنمية القيادة . ABSTRACT: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the skills training course in developing leadership for groups of social work students at Helwan University. Leadership development was represented in managing teamwork, ability to form relationships, ability to make decisions, and the ability to negotiate in different situations which are evaluation studies using a model (Rino.J Patti) to measure the objectives and used the comprehensive quality social survey method for the faculty members who teach the course and a sample of students. The researcher applied a questionnaire form on the (109) students and a semi-standardized interview guide on the (14) faculty members. The results of the study reached the acceptance of the hypothesis. The first of the study is expected to be a high level of effectiveness of the skills training course, and acceptance of the second hypothesis of the study, which is expected that the level of leadership of student groups at the Faculty of Social Work - Helwan University is high, and acceptance of the third hypothesis of the study, and there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the effectiveness of the training course On the skills and leadership development of student groups at the Faculty of Social Work - Helwan University, and both the fourth and fifth hypotheses were rejected The study reached a set of proposals based on the results of the study to increase the effectiveness of the skills training course in leadership development. | ||||
