| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة تحديد أهم العوامل ذات العلاقة بمشکلة التحرش الجنسي من وجهة نظر طلاب الجامعات المصرية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لمواجهتها من منظور التربية الإسلامية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (934) من طلاب وطالبات الجامعات المصرية موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ الفرقة الدراسية/ طبيعة الدراسة/ الجامعة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن درجة الموافقة على مجمل المحاور الخاصة بالعوامل ذات العلاقة بمشکلة التحرش الجنسي جاءت (کبيرة) من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وکان ترتيبها کالتالي: المحور الأول الخاص بالعوامل الاقتصادية، ثم المحور الرابع الخاص بالعوامل الدينية والأخلاقية، ثم المحور الثالث الخاص بالعوامل الثقافية، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة المحور الثاني الخاص بالعوامل الاجتماعية، حيث تراوحت متوسط الأوزان النسبية لعبارات تلک المحاور بين (3.501) و(3.871)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث على جميع محاور الاستبانة، کما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الفرقة الدراسية لصالح الفرقة الرابعة في جميع المحاور عدا المحور الرابع الخاص بالعوامل الدينية والأخلاقية فلم تکن الفروق فيه دالة إحصائياً، کما وجدت فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير التخصص لصالح ذوي التخصص النظري في جميع المحاور عدا محور العوامل الدينية والأخلاقية فلم تکن الفروق فيه دالة إحصائياً، بينما وجدت فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجامعة لصالح جامعة المنصورة، ثم عرضت الدراسة التصور المقترح قيد الدراسة، وقدمت عددا من المقترحات. This study aimed to identify the most important factors related to the problem of sexual harassment from the viewpoint of the Egyptian university students and provide a suggested proposal of confronting from the perspective of the Islamic education. The study used the descriptive method and made use of a questionnaire to collect data. The study was administered to a sample consisting of (934) university students. The Egyptian students were distributed according to the variables of (gender/ study group/ nature of the study/ university). The results of the study showed that the degree of approval concerning the dimensions of the factors related to the problem of sexual harassment was (large) from the viewpoint of the study sample, and its component arrangement was as follows: the first dimension was related to the economic factors, then the fourth dimension which was related to religious and moral factors, followed by the third dimension which was related to the cultural factors, and in the last place came the second dimension related to the social factors. The average weights of the terms of those dimensions ranged between (3.501) and (3.871); the results indicated that there were differences in the responses of the study sample which was attributed to the gender variable in favor of females on all the dimensions of the questionnaire and the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample due to the variable of the study group in favor of the fourth group in all the dimensions except for the fourth dimensions related to the religious and ethical factors. The differences were not statistically significant in the responses of the study sample due to the variable of specialization in favor of those with theoretical specialization in all the dimensions except for the dimension of religious and ethical factors as the differences were not statistically significant. Finally, there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample due to the university variable in favor of MansouraUniversity. The study finally presented the target proposed scenario and made a number of proposals. | ||||
