Abstract | ||||
Estimating the percentage of the lost in each stage of the production stages is considered a very hard, so we can say generally there are no accurate estimations about the lost in crops except in a few countries . This lost costs billion dollars each year and big percentage of that lost could be avoided .The problem is the local production of wheat cannot encounter the needs of consumers .this caused a big gap in wheat which made a need to import it from other countries and it loaded on The State Treasury . This study aimed to raise the level of technical and economic performance as it is the main ingredient of the bread with its two parts backed and peasant .this study depended on survey application designed especially to estimate the lost volume of wheat crop starts with farm and passing some marketing stages like transportation , storing , grinding reaching to flour and bread consuming whatever their kinds . | ||||
