Abstract | ||||
In the present work a study was made about the effect of the following five Parameters yarn linear density , spindle speed, /traveller size, top roller pressure and cradle opening on the quality of ring spun yarn. The experiments were carried out by varying each parameter at two levels using the fractional factorial technique (9). The experimental design treatment with the help of mini-computer programming was used to determine the effect of mean parameters and two factor interactions and interactions between two parameters were carried out by the method of variance analysis. | ||||
